Position Overview: As the Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting the emotional wellness efforts across our Green Bay Clubhouses and Shawano. Directly engaging with youth, you'll provide essential feedback and guidance to advance our integration of Emotional Wellness Core Competencies and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) values into daily practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive youth support through engagement, assessment, intervention, and evaluation techniques within the Clubhouse.
  • Utilize the decompression room (Zen Den) daily for youth interventions, skill building, behavioral management, and tracking.
  • Offer support throughout the Clubhouse to help youth meet daily expectations by applying Emotional Wellness Core Competencies and Trauma-Informed Care values.
  • Deliver case management services to youth identified by the Emotional Wellness Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's level coursework completed in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Two years' experience in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Compassion, empathy, patience, flexibility, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in crisis situations.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage behavioral challenges.

Schedule: Full-time (32-35 hours per week/M-F, between 11:00am – 7:00pm); Summer (40 hours per week 9:00am-5:00pm)

Pay: Ranges between $40,000-50,000 annually, based on education level and experience for the role.
